Mate Chai this delicious tea has full flavored mocha character and light spicy notes. The finish is lingering hints of French chocolate. When brewed this tea produces a spicy aromatic flavor.
Hot tea brewing method: Bring freshly drawn cold water to a rolling boil. Place 1 tsp of Mate Chai for each cup into the teapot. Pour boiling water over tea and let steep 3-7 minutes. Add milk and sugar to taste.
Iced tea brewing method: (to make 1 liter/quart): Place 6 teaspoons of tea into a teapot or heat-resistant pitcher. Pour 1 1/4 cups of freshly boiled water over the tea. Steep for 5 minutes. Quarter fill a serving pitcher with cold milk. Pour the tea into your serving pitcher straining the leaves. Add ice and top-up the pitcher with cold milk. Garnish and sweeten to taste.
Standard packaging includes a sealed zip lock standup-pouch. For an additional option, add the elegantly designed round storage can with twist cap for easy storing of your favorite tea. (Holds up to 4 oz, depending on the size of the Tea leaves).
