Shipping Policy:

Your order will be securely shipped to you via UPS or USPS. Standard ground service generally takes 3 to 5 business days. Please allow for weekends and holidays. The first day of shipping is the next business day after your package ships. If for some reason there is a problem shipping your order we will contact you and make arrangements to guarantee your satisfaction.

Due to recent shipping cost increases at the USPS and UPS, we have to raise our rates a bit as well.

Please note:

Free shipping and UPS Ground service are not available for orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. All orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are subject to an additional $12.00 shipping fee.

Return / Refund Policy:

At Neat Tea, We protect you-our valued customer-by adhering to rigorous health and safety procedures. We do not sell used merchandise of any kind and are, therefore, unable to accept returns or issue refunds on Tea or Tea accessories, even when still in their original packaging.

We feel strongly about maintaining the health, safety and integrity of our products and make no acceptations to our return / refund policy unless the product has been damaged during shipping. In these rare occasions, you must contact us within 48 hours and save the damaged product and all packaging. Once a shipping company representative has determined that the products were damaged during shipping, we will send a duplicate of your original order at no extra cost.
